Our booking line is open 24/7, every day of the year. We offer appointments 7 days a week at a time that is convenient for you. If you have multiple issues that need attention, we will try to allocate extra time for the engineer to address them during the visit. Contact us to schedule your appointment today.
We are based in Cheltenham and serve the Gloucestershire county. Our current booking hours are displayed in table (1) and our operational hours are 12:00pm to 9:00pm daily. The first half hour is used for investigating your issue and there is no additional call out charge. Many problems can be resolved during this time, but all work is subject to investigation. Our labor charges are based on the actual time it takes to complete the tasks presented on the day, as shown in table (2a).
Emergency appointments, which are outside of normal business hours or require same-day repair and return, are subject to higher rates (2b). Written permission is required for any data recovery or hardware upgrades, and estimates can be provided upon request. If you are located outside a 15 mile radius, there may be additional costs, as shown on map (3)..

Cancellations
Need to cancel your appointment? You can cancel up to one hour before your appointment time to avoid any missed booking fees
If nobody is present at the address supplied on the arranged date and time, a fee will be applied to cover our costs. This fee is equal to half the minimum charge of 30 minutes. We do not charge for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

To schedule an appointment with one of our engineers, please call 07855 793 425. Payment is required at the time of the appointment, as we do not offer credit facilities. We accept bank transfers as payment, but we do not accept Cheques.
