Our callout service provides high quality IT support in the comfort of your own home. Our mobile engineers are based in Cheltenham and serve the wider Gloucestershire area. With years of experience in computer support, hardware repair, networking, and general consulting, we have the solution for your problem. When we visit your location, we will need access to your computer and all necessary codes, software serial keys with original CDs/DVDs, and user account passwords. Most problems can be fixed on-site, and we will provide you with an estimated amount of time and cost to address all issues presented. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee, as some problems may take longer to resolve.
If your machine needs to be taken away for further investigation, we will do so with your approval. In cases of hardware faults, we will obtain cost estimates for repair versus replacement and provide you with a report to help you decide whether to repair the unit. If you choose not to repair the machine, we will return it to you at no extra charge. If the issue is with software, we may be able to rectify it and restore the desired use of your machine. If this requires purchasing licenses, we will provide you with a cost report for your consideration. In most cases, we can identify a solution or fix the problem within 30 minutes. We aim to complete the repair within the first hour, but the time may vary depending on the issue. We charge based on the time taken and do not have a separate callout fee. If we offer goodwill discounts, they must be paid immediately and will be rescinded if not paid within 7 days. Late payment fees apply to overdue accounts, and a statement will be sent every 30 days. In time-sensitive cases, we offer a same-day repair and return service, where we prioritize your machine and return it to you by the end of the business day (availability may vary by task).
